Hi, I’m Michael Rosengart—a health promotions professional with a deep-rooted passion for fitness, wellness, and empowering others to live healthier, more vibrant lives.
My journey began in an unexpected place: I was an obese child. Like many, I struggled with my weight and overall wellbeing—until I discovered the transformative power of fitness and nutrition. What started as a personal endeavor to feel better in my own skin became a lifelong mission to help others do the same.
Today, I bring decades of experience in the world of health and wellness. I’ve taught at Equinox Fitness, worked with diverse populations at American University, and continue to guide individuals toward sustainable lifestyle changes. I hold a Master’s degree in Health Promotion Management, and I’m certified as a:
- Personal Trainer – National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF)
- Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) – National Strength and Conditioning Association
- Certified Nutrition Coach – Precision Nutrition
In addition, I’ve authored several books on Prehab—a proactive approach to injury prevention and functional movement—because I believe that movement is medicine, and smart movement is prevention.
My approach is holistic and evidence-based. I emphasize not just physical activity and nutrition, but also the mental, emotional, and behavioral aspects of wellbeing. I practice what I preach, and I see health as a deeply human experience—not just a checklist of habits or trends.
